  • How to cancel the subscription and avoid the next charge?
    Go to your personal account → "Subscription Settings" → "Cancel Subscription". Or use the link on the Stripe portal in your account. Cancel at any time before the charge date — with no penalties. Confirmation will arrive via email.
  • Charged for subscription renewal, but I forgot to cancel — will you refund?
    After the charge, the refund is not mandatory by Estonian law (within 14 days after purchasing a subscription). However, if you write to info@abcpilot.eu within 3 days of the ID charge, we believe in good will minus a Stripe commission (~1-2%) + 10€ for manual processing (once per user).
  • Why is there no access to paid content or tasks?
    First, check your subscription status in your personal account ("Subscription" section). Make sure the payment went through — you should receive an email from Stripe confirming it. If the email didn't arrive, check your spam folder.

    Possible reasons and solutions:

    • Free tier: Limited to basic tasks. Upgrade to a paid plan for full access to AI simulations, speaking tasks, and exams.
    • Technical issues: Clear your browser/app cache, reload, or reinstall the app (app.abcpilot.eu).
    • Subscription not linked: Verify that the email in your account matches the payment email (see FAQ about different emails).
    • If nothing helps, write to support@abcpilot.eu with your email, photo ID, Stripe transaction ID, and screenshots of the problem. We'll respond within 24 hours.
  • Login or lost access issues?
    We use passwordless login via one-time codes (OTP) — the code is sent to your email without a password.

    Login steps:

    • Enter email on the login page → get code (check spam/promotions).
    • Code is valid 5-10 min; request a new one if it didn't arrive.

    Possible issues and solutions:

    • Code not arriving: Wait 5 min, check spam. Verify the email is correct (same as during registration/payment).
    • Account not found: Use the exact email you registered with. If you forgot — write to us.
    • If nothing helps, send to support@abcpilot.eu: your email, photo ID, example registration/payment date. We'll restore access without progress loss (data stored for 1 year).
  • What to do if the subscription is not visible in the account (different emails for payment and registration)?
    Important: Automatic subscription linking only works if the email at purchase (via Stripe) exactly matches the email in your ABC Pilot account. If the emails differ, the subscription won't be activated automatically.

    Solution steps:

    1. Verify the payment email in the Stripe email or your bank/card.
    2. Log in to your account with the same email or add a subscription manually.
    3. Write to support@abcpilot.eu with:
    • Payment email.
    • Stripe transaction ID.
    • Account email.
    • Screenshot of receipt.
    • We'll manually link it in 1-2 days.
  • How to activate a gift card or voucher?
    Activation steps:
    1. Register/log in to the app: app.abcpilot.eu.
    2. Select the required exam level (A2/B1/B2).
    3. Send the unique voucher or PDF code to support@abcpilot.eu with your email account.

    We activate access within 1-2 business days and send confirmation. The card is valid for 1 year from purchase, non-refundable and non-returnable. If the code doesn't work — attach a screenshot of the receipt.
