Welcome to ABC Pilot!
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ABC Pilot mobile and web applications (“App” or “Service”), owned and operated by Artgenic OÜ, a company registered in Tallinn, Estonia.
By accessing or using ABC Pilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of Service
ABC Pilot provides users with tools, tasks, and learning content to prepare for state language exams, including AI-based simulations and psychological support tools.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
ABC Pilot offers both free and paid content. Paid plans are billed as subscriptions (monthly or one-time purchases), depending on the selected product.
All payments are securely processed through third-party providers. Prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. No refunds are provided unless required by applicable law. All payments for ABC Pilot subscriptions and purchases are securely processed by ORDIN Systems OÜ, a partner company registered in Estonia, using Stripe, a globally trusted payment service provider. ORDIN Systems OÜ manages invoicing, payment gateway integration, and transaction processing on behalf of Artgenic OÜ.
Your payment data is encrypted and handled in full compliance with GDPR. Neither Artgenic OÜ nor ABC Pilot stores your payment information directly.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
All content in ABC Pilot, including text, tasks, illustrations, sound files, and AI models, is the property of Artgenic OÜ or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify the content without written permission from Artgenic OÜ.
5. User-Generated Content
By submitting content (e.g., voice recordings, written answers), you grant Artgenic OÜ a non-exclusive license to use, store, and process that content for learning improvement and research purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with EU GDPR.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artgenic OÜ disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes will be resolved in Harju County Court, Tallinn, unless otherwise required by law.
